Two Chefs widely celebrated cuisine is unique-embodying and elegant restraint and a purity of ingredients seasoned with years of “Know How” that charm the palate. Chef Jan Jorgensen and his team innovate weekly menus featuring local and seasonal creations, complemented with legendary signature dishes and famous towering soufflés. Our dishes are ALL in FLAVOR and ALL MEMORABLE. All culinary guides and critics have acknowledged Two Chefs achievements since our beginning in 1994, not to mention Chef Jorgensen’s career, which began in 1980.

The restaurant’s interior has been conceived as a subtle portrait, contemporary and innovate, yet mindful of tradition. The dining room allows a view of the craftsmanship kitchen, sparkled with amber glows from the wood burning oven, where skillful chefs execute clean and exciting diches-which are then delivered by a professional wait staff walking the tight rope between proper and relaxed.

Our restaurant is conveniently located a short distance from Miami International Airport, popular beaches, shopping and top notch hotels-making Two Chefs a distinctive destination for custom catered private affairs, as well as lunches and dinners that are intimately crafted and served.
